Meet The Founder
Daniel E. Reyes
Daniel Reyes is the Founder and CEO of Multifamily Property Accounting. His expertise as a consulting services practitioner is serving real estate industry leaders and delivering professional business consulting, advisory, implementation, product, and other support services. Daniel actively leads the definition and delivery of real estate accounting solutions to owners, managers, and developers.
His experiences include leading the US financial department for a Swiss-based, publicly listed and traded real estate investment company and asset manager. He has been responsible for various business activities including: financial policy and procedure development, financial and management reporting, banking relationship and treasury management, private equity fund administration, systems implementations, corporate and property level budgeting, and team leadership. He also manages relationships with auditors, tax practitioners, attorneys, bankers, appraisers, lenders, regulators, consultants, clients and investors.
Daniel has consulted with various real estate companies across the country in the areas of accounting, finance, technology, and human resources. He is a dedicated user of Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Appfolio, and other software systems and frequently discovers opportunities to use these to automate various accounting activities. He is also an active, contributing member in his community and various industry associations.
